First, please double check that you have enabled notifications for the Sole Retriever app on your device's settings.


Second, check your general notification settings and individual sneaker notifications to ensure they are configured as you intend them to be.

Chances are, your notifications weren't turned on or configured properly.


โ€‹If that isn't the case and everything is setup right but you still aren't receiving notifications, please email us so we can figure out what's wrong and give you a hand!
