SNKRS Guide - How To

SNKRS Pass

Important - Read before proceeding

  • SNKRS Passes require you to be within a 25 mile proximity of the participating store(s) to be able to enter

  • You will need to pick up the shoes (with the account you reserved them on, using a matching government ID)

A SNKRS Pass uses your phone's GPS location to see if you're within proximity (usually a 25-mile radius) of a store that is participating in the event. A SNKRS Pass will typically load 10 minutes before the draw opens for the shoe. After the reservation has been confirmed, your SNKRS Pass will appear in the feed with instructions on where and when to pick up your pair.

Step By Step Instructions:

  1. Open the SNKRS Pass notification once it loads - Check to see if its closeby

  2. SNKRS Pass will open 15 minutes after it loads (we will send a reminder once the draw opens)

  3. Click the enter draw button

  4. Wait for results

  5. If you win, go to feed for pickup instructions (you will need to be signed in to the account the reservation is on and have matching ID)

SNKRS Shock Drop

A SNKRS Shock drop is when a hype sneaker loads unexpectedly to SNKRS and is immediately able to be purchased. It is important to enter the queue to purchase ASAP, as time is of the essence.

Step By Step Instructions:

  1. Open SNKRS Shock Drop notification as soon as it loads

  2. Select your desired size

  3. Click buy now

    Pro Tip - If your app is crashing or payment is not going through during a shock drop, force close the app. Also, always try desktop as well.

SNKRS Early/Exclusive Access

Sometimes, random users are chosen to have the opportunity to purchase a particular pair of kicks on SNKRS. Early and exclusive access is given more frequently to those who maintain "active" SNKRS accounts. Early & Exclusive Access typically loads the night before the product actually becomes available for purchase.

Step By Step Instructions:

  1. Keep an eye out for a notification saying Early/Exclusive Access is "going out"

  2. If the product is already loaded, you will be able to check if you have access on mobile web or desktop (you must be signed in to your account for it to appear)

  3. If you have access, you will see a "Reserved for You" banner above the sneaker

  4. If you have access, you will be able to purchase the sneaker at 12pm EST

    Note - Even if your account was showing access for a sneaker the night before or leading up to the sale at 12pm EST, it is important to check. It is fairly common that users will not show exclusive access before the drop at 12pm EST and still be able to purchase.

SNKRS Scratcher

A SNKRS Scratcher will load via the SNKRS app and require you to "Scratch" an image for the shoe that it loads for to gain access to buy the sneaker.

Step By Step Instructions:

  1. Open SNKRS Scratcher notification once it loads

  2. Find the image you need to scratch (we will let you know)

  3. "Scratch" the image by moving your finger from side to side

  4. You will be directed to a new page where you can buy the sneakers

  5. Go through the normal checkout process

    Pro tip: ONCE YOU SCRATCH THE IMAGE, to skip the animations and get to the shoe product page faster, click the inbox tab on the bottom (it's an envelope) and the shoe will appear at the top showing you have access to it. Click the shoe and you will be able to purchase it.

SNKRS Stash

Similar to a SNKRS Pass, a SNKRS Stash uses your phone's GPS location to see if you're within proximity (usually a 25-mile radius) of a store or activation that is participating in the event. What makes SNKRS Stashes different is if you get a successful reservation, the shoes are shipped to you and they typically occur around a special event or activation (e.g. NBA All-Star Weekend)

Step By Step Instructions:

  1. Open the SNKRS Stash notification once it loads - Check to see if its close by

  2. Click the "I'm here" button to see if you're within qualifying proximity of the location of the event

  3. If you are within range of the location, a "Buy Now" button will appear

  4. Click the "Buy Now" button

  5. If you take a W then the shoes will be shipped to the address you have on file

Pro Tip - During SNKRS Stash remaining inventory will be shown. If you take an L on a particular size and there is still inventory you can always attempt to buy another size.

SNKRS Cam

Important - Read before proceeding

  • You will need two devices for this to work - your phone's camera to scan the image and another to display the image

  • Go to your device settings and make sure SNKRS has access to your camera

Step By Step Instructions:

  1. Open SNKRS and find the sneaker's Cam product page

  2. Open the product page for the sneaker and find the screen that says open SNKRS CAM

  3. Once you scan the image above you should see a button that says "unlock now" - click it

  4. You will be directed to a new page where you can buy the sneakers

  5. Go through the normal checkout process

Pro Tip - if you want to skip the animations that pop up once you scan the image to get to the product page for the shoe faster, go to the inbox tab (it's an envelope) as soon as you scan the image in SNKRS and the shoe will appear at the top showing you have access to it. Click the shoe and you will be able to purchase.

Summary: Find the SNKRS cam event in SNKRS > Open your phone's camera > Scan the image above > Click unlock now > Go to your inbox (envelope icon) > Click the shoe in inbox > Try to purchase
